Responsibilities: • Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance• Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports• Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines• Acquire the appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code• Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues• Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary• Communicate and document changes to scope, timeline, material orders, or any other issues that arise with all key stakeholders• Anticipate needs and mitigate risks• Make informed recommendations based on common challenges Qualifications: • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills• One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required• Experience using construction or project management software preferred• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles Compensation: $28 - $38 hourly About Company: Our mission isn't complicated: as a basement company operating in Northern Colorado, we are here to transform basements into comfortable living spaces for homeowners.
