Are you an experienced Construction Estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? If so, we’d like to talk. We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. If you have 3 years of experience in construction estimation, and excellent project and time management skills, please apply today. Responsibilities: • Compute labor, construction materials, time, and product costs to estimate overall cost for construction projects• Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets• Frequent construction sites to gather necessary client requirement information• Analyze blueprints, proposals, specifications, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole• Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors Qualifications: • Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software• 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary• Excellent project management, time-management, and communication skills are necessary• Experience estimating commercial roofing projects• Planswift, Edge, and DataForma experience Compensation: $75,000 at plan yearly About Company: Lakeside Renovations is a family-owned and operated business.
