My family has a summer home in Henderson. After several years of neglect, we're in trouble and have no idea where to start. The home is an A-Frame with two wings (bedrooms) with slightly pitched flat roofs. Unfortunately, we had someone "watching" it for us, but they never went inside. Long story short we've lost the two flat roof bedrooms, they're gutted and barley standing and we don't want to loose the rest of the house. There is no electric connected to the house at this time and the electric company has a whole list of things that need to be done before they will hook the electric back up (the electrical box is in one of the badly damaged bedrooms). What we need is someone with knowledge of building/framing out the rooms. My family is willing and able to do the work we just need direction and not familiar with construction lingo and what we need. The only times we can come down is weekends (early Saturday mornings-Sunday evening)we're from STL. Our budget is very small for the project, but willing to pay someone for their knowledge and time.
