Looking for someone with strong field experience in commercial construction but still willing to work with tools and manage a small crew of 4-8 installers. Must be independent as this job requires extensive travel as projects are all over the country. Must have strong concrete and masonry skills with at least some familiarity with structural concrete. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills. Occasional wage scale work with stupid high wages on certain projects. Must be self-motivated; blessed with intelligent common sense; familiar with software (Word, Excel, etc.); painstakingly honest; hard working; engineering oriented (not necessarily a PE, but understands structures and basic engineering); an excellent communicator able to coordinate with other on-site trades and supervision; faithful; able to lead and motivate a crew; living somewhere between Richmond and Fairfax.
