About the role: The Construction Field Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day construction operations for aerial and underground infrastructure. Included in the responsibilities are: ● Ensuring team safety and quality ● Ensuring project productivity through pre-construction evaluations, proactive roadblock resolution and maintaining efficiency. ● Ensuring complete and complaint field reporting and daily documentation ● Job site locations/duration per site may vary so ability to travel is a must What does the job look like: The Construction Supervisor performs several important tasks, some common ones are: ● Partner with Quality and Safety teams to ensure your teams are aligned with regulated and company requirements. ● Measuring cable routing to verify completion of work ● Document completed daily work ● Ability to read blueprints What are the job requirements: The following lists the recommended skills, experience, certifications, and accomplishments that are required for this role: ● 1-3 + years managing OSP telecom fiber optic construction projects ● Leadership in growing teams for best in class results ● OSP operations acumen and problem solving ● Ability and willingness to travel as job sites will vary and duration at site will vary What Velox offers: Velox provides a great workplace and working environment.
