Responsibilities:Essential duties and responsibilities:• Cleaning and preparation• Heavy lifting/Physical Strength• Hand-eye coordination• Endurance• Concentration• Good attitude and a sense of urgency!• Previous experience is a plus• Mobilize crew, tools, and equipment to job sites• Direct crew per job scope and safety specifications• Complete job site progress reports and safety meetings• Must be adaptable and willing to work with a supervisor• Safety oriented Qualifications:Applicants Must have:• Construction experience• Valid Driver's License and experience driving trucks with trailers• Must have experience using power tools (Hammers, pry bars, hand drills, and power tools)• Prefer if the applicant owns personal tools (Hammer, Screwdrivers, Measuring Tape, Drills, etc.)• Concrete cutting and/or equipment experience is a plus• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in Lee & Collier Counties• Must be authorized to work in the US• Ability to work in outdoor and indoor working conditions• Ability to lift up to 50lbs• Willing to work overtime as required Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly DOE About Company: We are a small, but efficient real estate investment company.
