Description:
Position Details A Concrete Finisher will be responsible for forming, placing, finishing concrete, and following directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen Set forms; pour, smooth and finish concrete sidewalks, roads, curbs, etc. using hand/powered floats, hand/powered trowels, and other equipment Bolt, nail, align and block under forms Level earth to fine grade specifications Follow directions and instructions from supervisors Perform a variety of tasks and duties that may change often as the work conditions require Work within defined standards of accuracy Competitive wages based on experience 40+ hours per week during spring/summer/fall Required Skills/Abilities 2+ years of experience working with concrete preferred Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form Willingness to understand and accept safety standards Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change Ability to work with a variety of personalities Willingness to work hard and be reliable Must maintain flexibility in the schedule during the busy season Benefits Health and dental insurance with optional Health Savings Account USAble supplemental insurances Retirement plan with company match Employer-paid life insurance Job Posted by ApplicantPro
