Night Concierge Baynard House, Chedgrave GBP 10.72 42 hours per week : 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis Do you want a role where no two nights are the same and you will be making a real impact to the lives of our customers? Are you passionate about supporting people? If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We're looking for a supportive and positive Night Concierge to join our friendly team. We are a homeless service, we provide support, advice and guidance to support people with achieving their goals to independence. Baynard House is a service just outside of Norwich which has links into other communities in the surrounding area. We house 21 residents in total here. Our aim is to equip people with the skills necessary to live independently in the community. If you want to make a positive impact to people's lives, this is a rewarding opportunity to come and work within an established and experienced team. The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas including, finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long: term accommodation appropriate to their needs. We're looking for supportive and positive people to empower our customers. You may be faced with challenging situations daily so you will need to be resilient and confident in managing these. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
