AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Concession Stand Lead at Toledo Mud Hens Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems has evolved into one of the most respected and trusted food service companies in the nation. Duties & Responsibilities: * Ensure concession stands are prepared and fully stocked prior to service * Requisition additional product as needed throughout the event * Validate beginning and ending inventory counts * Supervise nonprofit organization group members; train on proper service techniques * Prepare and serve food and beverage items in correct proportions; follow established procedures, standards and recipes * Participate in set up of stand and food to be served at concession stand * Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area * Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests Requirements: * Customer oriented * Previous food service supervisory experience preferred * Strong work ethic * Excellent communication skillsBenefits: AVI is proud of its team members and appreciates the hard work, loyalty and committed service they provide every day, which is why we offer the following: * A family culture and atmosphere * Competitive compensation * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members * 401(k) with generous company match * Paid vacations and holidays * Immense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
