Job Description Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events Our Stand Lead oversees a concession stand and all aspects of service to ensure our guests have the best possible experience This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume and fast paced operations, managing a team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from 19.00 to 20.29, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an "at:will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Job Responsibilities:Assigns duties to food service team and supervises the completion of tasks:Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and customer service:Ensures that food is prepared and built according to standardized recipes and directions:Assists with workstation set:up to include prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables:Assist and delegate the proper tear:down, cleaning and sanitizing of workstations:Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs.:Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels:Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons' identification:Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation:Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co:workers, etc.:Ensures security of company assetsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
