What You Will Be Doing * Manages and directs the design, development, installation, implementation, research for, and maintenance of internal data processing computer systems and utilities. * Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. * Directs the research of internal or external customers' needs, and ensures determination of equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems by means of automated systems; development of customized solutions to customer/user problems. * Oversees the establishment of system parameters and formats.* Supervises and ensures hardware/software compatibility; and modification of user requirements in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. * Ensures analysis of new hardware to determine its need or application in the existing or proposed system; advises on new techniques and validates estimated costs associated with new or revised programs and utilities. Basic Qualifications: * BS degree in Computer Sciences or related degree.* Minimum of 3 years of experience with Data Base Administrative activities, data warehouses, Java, Tableau, Microsoft Access. * Knowledge of MTO ERP System, Solumina, &/or Workforce Autotime 7 software platforms. Desired Skills: * Knowledge of Cloud computing, i.e., Amazon Web Service (AWS), Artificial Intelligence, &/or Augmented Reality functionality. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
