Compliance Officer - Arrow Security/ Manhattan Office FULL TIME - MONDAY TO FRIDAY Position Summary Serving as vital role to our Arrow Security-NYC/Manhattan regional office, the Compliance Specialist supports our NYC Compliance department in managing daily responsibilities including examining new hire/licensing documentation for validity and accuracy, managing applicable forms at hiring/onboarding stages and auditing new hire/employee folders, providing general staffing/HR support to recruitment and operations teams as well as other compliance-regulated tasks. The Compliance Specialist works cross-departmentally to foster best practices that ensure compliance with Federal, DOS and NYC regulations and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, working knowledge of scheduling software/systems Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills and great attention to detail Valid NYS issued photo ID Valid documentation showing proof of residency/right to work Position Responsibilities: NYS DOS/DLS verification of security officer credentials on state websites Provides new hires with required hiring/onboarding forms for signature and filing Reviews hiring package to ensure accuracy and completeness Performs E-Verify processes for I-9 forms and reviews documents for validity Manages vendor accounts used for security license process Assists Operations team with mobile text alert system for employee messaging Assists in auditing employee folders to ensure compliance per regulations Other compliance-related work as needed Please include resume at time of application, thank you!
