Requirements:Admitted to practice in Colorado.5+ years of significant experience in general litigation, specializing in civil litigation.Experience managing a litigation caseload from start to finish.Proven ability to draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests.Proficiency in conducting legal research on complex issues.Experience with taking and defending depositions, handling hearings, and participating in trial/arbitration proceedings.Familiarity with e-discovery platforms.Strong academic credentials. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Skills:Strong organizational and case management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.Ability to handle complex civil litigation matters.Experience with e-discovery platforms.Strong advocacy skills in depositions, hearings, and trial/arbitration settings.Attention to detail and commitment to legal excellence.
