Looking to hire a responsible and experienced property manager for our multifamily property in Maple Creek IN. The responsibilities of the role are: Tenant Relations: Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests. Conduct tenant screenings and lease negotiations. Enforce lease agreements and address lease violations. Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction. Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular property inspections. Ensure that the property meets safety and health standards. Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Financial Management: Collect rent payments and security deposits. Maintain accurate financial records and budgets. Prepare financial reports for property owners. Marketing and Advertising: Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Conduct property tours for prospective tenants. Administrative Tasks: Manage lease agreements and renewals. Maintain organized property records and documentation. Handle administrative tasks related to property management. Communication: Communicate regularly with property owners. Provide regular updates on property performance and financial matters. Collaborate with maintenance staff, contractors, and other relevant parties. Problem Solving: Address and resolve tenant complaints and disputes. Troubleshoot and find solutions to property-related issues. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to property management. It's important to note that the specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the season, occupancy rate or specific project. Legal Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations. Handle eviction processes if necessary.
