You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This service treats those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a current active NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Work within one of the 4 teams in Surrey Heath under the clinical leadership of the District Nurses Responsible for contributing to the holistic backssment, planning delivery and evaluation of care to patients within their own homes Implement, monitor and maintain high standards of care delivery at all times Care for patients and their families in the best way possible using our care, think, do standards Deliver our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team Have strong communication and organisation skills A flexible approach which will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey You will have a full UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i. e. Outlook, Word, and Excel The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £27,779 per annum. This exciting position is a Part Time role.
