Valley Estates of Mabelvale is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee our apartment community in Mabelvale, AR. If you have a proven track record in property management, strong leasing and renewal rates, and exceptional customer service skills, we want to hear from you! Why Join Us? Competitive Pay Comprehensive Benefit Package Supportive Team Environment Opportunity for Growth and Development Responsibilities: Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing laws. Provide a high level of customer service and connect with residents. Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using Onesite software. Screen and qualify prospective residents. Bid and negotiate service contracts, procure building supplies, manage maintenance staff, and vendor relationships. Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure completion of maintenance and repairs, oversee general cleaning of the building and grounds. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience and one year of management experience. LIHTC experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills, OneSite experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Ability to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policies. Strong communication ability, both verbally and in writing.
