Our 96 unit apartment complex in Morrilton is looking for a strong and qualified candidate to become a part of our fast growing team. Tax-Credit experience required. Previous property management experience required. All of our full-time positions offer a complete benefit package that includes a full range of insurance options, flexible spending accounts, 401K, paid holidays, etc. An apartment home is included in the salary package. RichSmith Management is an equal opportunity employer. DUTIES The Community Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Duties include, but are not limited to: 1) Schedule, supervise and direct the daily activities of all on-site staff. 2) Responsibility of fiscal budgetary compliance to approved operation budgets. 3) Compliance with management company personnel, operations policy and procedures, and compliance to company standards. 4) Provide effective marketing and communications, including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community, market, or other respective issues. 5) Plan, promote and implement effective Resident Retention program. QUALIFICATIONS We require candidates with property management experience, with a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates. Experience with property management software. Onesite experience a plus. Qualified candidates must be outgoing, organized, effective communicators and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the property is run efficiently and maintained to the standards of RichSmith Management. Being proficient in all standard office administration, equipment use and MS Office software is also very beneficial.
