YOUR DAY AS A COMMUNITY JOB COACH - TANF COORDINATOR In this vocational rehabilitation role at our human services nonprofit, you get to empower individuals who are receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits by providing them with case management services. You start by building strong connections with your clients, getting to know their needs, strengths, interests, experiences, and capabilities. Then, you work with them to develop a comprehensive service plan that outlines their short- and long-term employment goals as well as their other objectives. But that's not all - you also meet with your clients regularly to track their progress and provide ongoing guidance and support. You are their go-to resource, ensuring that they understand their benefits and program requirements and connecting them with external providers as needed.
