Are you able to understand, analyse and evaluate data, and translate into and measure against key performance indicators? Are you an exceptional relationship manager able to effectively network, connect and build partnerships and work with a range of private, public, and voluntary sector organisations including resident’s groups. If you do, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Community Investment Lead on a permanent basis, based in Southwark. A bit about the role: As a Community Investment Lead, you will be Working in partnership with our customers, the wider community, colleagues and strategic partners, you will design and implement place-based local area plans. Informed by the vision and direction of our Peabody Community Foundation (PCF) strategy, and with a solid understanding of the needs and priorities at a local level, you will tailor an approach to delivery that builds on the strengths of the communities we serve that facilitates the continuous involvement of communities in decision making, nurtures partnerships and targets resources where they can be most impactful. You will be responsible for designing and delivering community investment plans for your area(s); managing an iterative process of generating and analysing data and trialling, evaluating and scaling services that respond to local needs. With strong project and relationship management skills, you will ensure that deliverables are achieved creating lasting impact for Peabody customers and the wider community.
