What does a Community Based Skills Instructor do? Community Based Skills Instructor's (SI's) are at the heart of our Agency with their compassion, dependability, and dedication to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and partner with their families to provide truly meaningful and impactful supports. SI's support people with developmental disabilities by using an evidence-based curriculum to strive to increase their independence and personal growth. This is a part-time position and requires a committed weekly schedule consisting of a minimum of 8 hours of work between 2:00pm-8:00pm on weekdays and generally between 9:00am-8:00pm on Saturday and/or Sunday. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is required Experience in an educational setting is preferred What can The Arc Lexington offer you?
