We offer Home Based Community Services to person with disabilities and are known for the great care we take with consumers and employees alike. Our commitment to the approach is to ensure our services and support meet the needs and desires of the people we serve. We are commitment to providing quality and effective services by assisting individuals with living independently in the community and in their homes. The Position : We're looking for Community Assistants. We base starting pay on experience and education. Schedules will be build based on the staff's availability and flexibility and the needs of the consumers we serve. Schedule can consist of afternoon, evening and sleeping overnights. A few day hours may be available also. Hours could be on Weekdays and Weekends. We offer 401k, Mileage, Sick, Vacation, and Personal Time to all our staff. Full-Time staff are also offered Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. We also Monthly Schedules with the Flexibility for your other activities. Requirements: Pass Background Checks Driver License Valid Vehicle Insurance High School/GED or Enrolled in HS/GED Responsibilities: Support Consumer Choice Assist Consumers in learning healthy coping skills Assist Consumers with daily living tasks Companionship, Compassion, Empowering Work on the individual's goals and support to enable them to be more independent in their communities. The Location: Full Circle Services, Inc. is based in Northeast Iowa with office in Independence, Oelwein, Waterloo, Fayette and Decorah.
