Direct Communications / Employee Communications / Corporate CommunicationsChandler, AZ: Locals Only!12 + MonthsOnsite Day 1: Hybrid Model: 3 Days Onsite Per Week!Job Description:The SCM Communications Team provides support for the overall SCM function as follows:QA Review to refine content and ensure message is concise and clear from reader's perspectiveDistribution Consultation to assess if all impacted audiences and email addresses are identifiedSubject matter expertise on current Writing and Brand StandardsDocument final approval to send and send Leadership/Partner Preview, as appropriateDistribution from SCM Communications mailbox, as appropriateGuidance on SCM message consolidation, consistency, templates, and process streamliningSupply Chain Management (SCM) Communications Team: Business Execution Consultant 4 (BEC)In this role you will:Partner with appropriate SCM functional group(s) to craft clear and concise messages to inform employees and/or third parties of key changes and operational impacts, with minimal feedback or oversight requiredObtain approved Distribution Lists from project requestersObtain approval from SCM Leadership Team, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Business Partners, and Legal, as appropriateDistribute messages to in-scope audiences from SCM Communications mailbox, as appropriateEnsure projects are completed by required dateEnsure communications projects follow Brand Standards and Writing GuideDevelop page content and Supply Chain internal communications platforms including SharePoint Online and Microsoft TeamsDesign and update SCM Hub pages/content/design on SharePoint OnlineDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriatePresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessParticipate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesMay support other Business Management functions as necessaryDesired Qualifications:5+ years of direct communications experience with internal employee communications or corporate communicationsExperience leading communications for an enterprise programExperience developing centralized workflow tool solutions for communications programsExperience in drafting communication documents in "plain English" (few words, easy to understand) to brand standards and formalizing for intended audienceProficient in Power Point, MS Word, Excel, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft TeamsPreferred Supply Chain Management experience and/or Sourcing & ProcurementPreferred experience as line of business lead communications consultantAbility to collaborate across teams and in a highly matrixed environmentExperience in managing multiple, competing projectsAble to synthesize large volumes of complex information into easy-to-understand content summaries based on the intended audienceProven ability to interact and communicate successfully with leadership at all levels of the organizationManager Notes:The contractor will be supporting the supply chain management teamThey will be leading large communication projectsProficiency in PP, Word, Excel, Sharepoint Online and MS Teams is neededSomeone who is adaptable to a fast paced environment with often changing prioritiesSelf starter, past resources have required too much hand holdingIn support of the communication projects some elements of the day to day will include:SurveysNew process rolloutsChange initiativesBroad communication requestsDistribution list consultant (who are changes impacting),Taking draft content and auditing the writing to show the "how" and "why"Adhering to Brand standards in communicationsGaining approval for communicationsThe contractor will communicate with many parties including SCM employees, Executives and 3rd party vendorsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
