This role is GBP 11.24 an hour on a 35 hour contract, 5 over 7 so weekend work will be required. Free Parking is Provided at this site. What youll be doing: Take ownership and accountability of all operational food management; production and service from the one main kitchen: Develop good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return: Ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and reports are completed correctly and at the right time: All compliance and health and safety: Be accountable for the management and delivery of budget food subsidy, including GP and labour costs: Manage all casual labour including porters and ensure all food and labour costs are in line with budget and business needs: Be accountable for stock flow and rotation of product within the unit: Ensure a consistent high standard of hospitality offer Experience: Experience operating as a Chef: Organised with a hands on ability and strong work ethic: Must have a level 2 catering and food safety: Passion for people and food: Excellent communication skills and customer service: Great team player but able to work on your own initiative About Aramark Northern Europe : Our Mission.
