Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations. We have an immediate opening for an Commerical HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is supporting a specific account with multiple locations. What we have to offer: Dispatched from home to job site Office dispatches all techs Potential take home company vehicle, depending on experience On-call rotation, once every 10 weeks, depending on experience Tool replacement program Privately owned and operated Positive and team-oriented company culture Career growth and advancement opportunities Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vison insurance 90% paid for employee and 50% paid for dependents 120 hours of PTO accrued 7 Paid holidays + flex days 401K with 4% match Bereavement time Aflac insurance options Company uniform / $75 phone reimbursement per month Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Tech Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with occasional overtime What you will be doing: Supporting a specific account with multiple locations Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of commercial heating/cooling, and ventilation systems Cleaning & maintaining boilers, chillers, pumps, AC, Rooftop, split system, and water sourced heat pumps Receiving hands on training for professional career growth Providing outstanding service to our customer Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License 6 + months of annual maintenance experience, or combination of education and experience Able to troubleshoot and perform maintenance for wide range of commercial equipment Able to make repair and replace decisions Work form 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Understand and communicate benefits of preventative / annual maintenance Advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
