ABOUT THE ROLE F&M Trust is looking to hire a Commercial Services Relationship Manager (Commercial Lender) for the Franklin County Market. This Commercial Services Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a moderately sized portfolio and expanding lending relationships with current and new clients. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for deposit growth, fee income, and cross-selling opportunities to business partners. To be an immediate successful individual, this individual will have connections throughout the Franklin County and be able to bring banking relationships to the bank. When not meeting with clients, the home office location for this individual will be the Greencastle Community Office. This role will receive a salary commensurate on experience and comprehensive benefits package. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. At least two (2) years of commercial lending or business banking experience. Greater experience in commercial lending will be considered when determining level of position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance. Familiarity with and well-connected to business opportunities in the Franklin County market, with a strong presence in Waynesboro and Greencastle. Strong business development skills and great comfort in talking with centers of influences. Relationship centric; desire to serve in an advisor role to provide guidance and advice to customers in a planning mode. Desire to cultivate community connections, centers of influence, internal referrals, and current clients in order to grow the book of business. Valid Driver's license.
