We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of the team, your primary responsibilities would include repairing and maintaining various refrigeration systems, such as walk-in coolers and freezers. Great technical support willing to help when you need equipment or troubleshooting assistance Excellent company culture and work environment Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; on-call rotation required Compensation: Up to $45.00 per hour, dependent upon skill set and credentials Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 100% employer-paid short and long-term disability, 100% employer-paid life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, retirement plan with company match, company vehicle, company cell phone/iPad, company uniforms, paid training The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: Minimum of 5 years of refrigeration maintenance, repair, and systems installation experience is required (experience must be documentable) Documentable experience working with walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, beer chillers, and other commercial refrigeration units Having knowledge of working on HVAC systems is a plus, but refrigeration experience is a MUST Propane/Natural Gas Basic New Hampshire gas license Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Excellent customer service and communication abilities Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to manage time efficiently when running jobs Intermediate or advanced computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software
