We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With commission comes unrestricted income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Responsibilities: • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients• Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner• Set appointments• Learn commercial real estate• Sales scripts mastery• Lead generation• Close commercial sales Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient• Some sense of marketing and advertising practices• Excellent communication and negotiating skills• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language• Real estate license• Sales experience• Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000+ at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
