As the leader of our startup team, you will play a key role in driving growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking a highly skilled relationship builder who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the development of this new business unit. Responsibilities:• Advise clients on real estate investment strategies• Analyze properties (BOV, comparables, research)• Prepare & promote marketing materials for exclusive listings• Prospect new client relationships and network with other industry professionals• Negotiate exclusive listing & purchase & sales agreements• Manage documentation and databases• Lead training workshops for fellow commercial agents• Lead team members & ensure cross-team collaboration Qualifications:• Florida Real Estate License• Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market• Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders in the industry• Awareness of current economic conditions, interest rates, and industry dynamics that may impact commercial real estate investments and transactions• CCIM is a plus, but not required to start• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field is a plus but not required Compensation: $100,000+ yearly About Company: Nationally recognized as one of the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the USA, ranked as one of the largest selling teams in the country by the WSJ, one of the Top 50 Florida Companies to Watch, and named by Florida Trends as one of the Best Companies to Work For Award.
