The Buncher Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, US. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our diverse portfolio of commercial real estate. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the on-site management of all properties and building strong relationships with tenants. Responsibilities:• Based on tenant requests, prioritizes work orders and assigns maintenance and construction employees, or outside contractors as needed. Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and lease obligations and standards. Closes out tasks when completed.• Performs routine property inspections of occupied and vacant properties to ensure cleanliness, security and overall appearance including parking lots and surrounding areas. Recommends repairs and/or maintenance as necessary.• Obtains quotes for snow removal, landscaping, and other related services as requested by the VP of Property Management. Completes purchase order process as necessary when ordering services and materials/supplies.• Knowledge of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Life Safety systems in commercial properties.• Provides 24/7 on-call support during off hours and weekends as assigned.• Reviews tenant Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Reconciliations. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of four to six years of related experience in commercial property management.• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.• Valid driver's license with good-standing driving record.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• US Work Authorization Compensation: $75,500 About Company: The Buncher Company, a leader in all phases of real estate development, has spent nearly eight decades developing projects, relationships, and a better Pittsburgh.
