As an intern, your time will be split between a core program shared throughout the cohort and work, projects and programming designed specifically for the department you are selected to join. Our Property & Casualty Operations team is excited to host an intern for the upcoming 2024 summer program! This position will be located in our Bellevue, WA office. Day to day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Introductions into the Property and Casualty Insurance practiceSupport on current retail training initiatives and projects for both PSF/IMA from both a trainer and coaching perspective. In addition to trainee live feedback, you will also go through our standard new hire curriculum program and gain perspective and insights on how to tailor it to meet more needs of the new hire experienceThis role can develop into a new coaching role as we build the program and expand it to IMA corporate and other affiliatesSupport and demonstrate IMA's core valuesValue and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associatesWe're proud of the success many of our former interns have had when they've pursued careers as IMA associates' post-graduation and see our internship program as a key talent pipeline. Because of this, preference is given to students closer to graduation, who demonstrate a curiosity about future employment within our industry.
