Rewards: Commission Structure: This position operates on a commission-only basis. However, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of leads that you generate in addition to those provided by our top-performing Commercial agents. Responsibilities:• Become an expert in commercial real estate analysis, brokerage, and advisory services• Relentlessly and proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate• Be confident and comfortable with 50-100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners• Maintain detailed records of activity on IPG’s CRM system• Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management Qualifications:• Proven sales expertise• Real estate sales license – completed or in process• Competitive nature• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to generate new accounts• Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects• Strong grasp of mathematics / Ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate• Professional work ethic and integrity• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team• Industrious personality• Be coachable• An insatiable appetite for success• Provide clients with valuable financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate• Work closely with Team Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management Compensation: $144,500 at plan yearly About Company: About Us: Born in the vibrant landscapes of California and headquartered in the iconic city of San Francisco, Innovation Properties Group (IPG) stands as a dynamic middle-market private real estate firm.
