Duties:Handle commercial litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputesConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsPrepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedingsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjustersProvide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage issuesAnalyze insurance policies and coverage issuesAssist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolutionPrepare for and participate in trials and appealsManage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyCollaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firmStay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends Requirements:2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigationBar admission in MA (admission in multiple jurisdictions is a plus)Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Bar admission in MA Skills:Strong research and writing skillsConfident in appearing before court and clientsAbility to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyTeam player with the ability to work independently when necessary
