They will play a key role in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing strategic counsel to the firm's clients.Duties:Drafting and arguing complex motions in courtPropounding and responding to discovery requestsTaking and defending depositionsAssisting in both jury trials and bench trialsConducting legal research and analysisProviding strategic counsel to clientsManaging case files and documents efficientlyCollaborating with other attorneys and legal staffRequirements:Minimum of 4 years of meaningful experience in commercial litigation, class actions, franchise litigation, or other complex litigation matters in a mid-size or large law firm settingExceptional oral and written advocacy skillsStrong academic credentialsAdmission to and in good standing with the California BarAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admission to the California Bar This Vault ranked firm promotes high level work, commitment to pro bono work, and great colleagues and clients.
