The Job: *** Design and issue institutional policy contracts in accordance with company policy and state law. *** Act as systems specialist and coordinates training support for internal underwriting procedure. *** Analyze contracts and reviews applicable laws and regulations to determine and implement change according to legal requirements. *** Negotiates with state insurance departments regarding form approval. Key Competencies: *** Demonstrated success developing or improving Commercial Lines General Liability Insurance products. *** Bachelors degree or equivalent level of knowledge and expertise in Product Analysis and Underwriting. *** Familiarity with multivariate modeling, standard industry software tools, and DOI filings and compliance. *** CPCU, or ability to obtain designation preferred.
