Employee appreciation rewards program Position Summary: The Installation Assistant works with an HVAC Installation Technician to complete residential and commercial HVAC replacements and new system start-ups. Responsibilities: Arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time to stock the truck with common materials needed Ensure the vehicle is clean and tools are in proper working order Arrive on the job site with personal tools (not supplied) at the scheduled time Ability to set equipment in place indoors and outside Installation of supply and return plenums, and if applicable, a drain pain Conduct proper installation of ductwork Maintain good working conditions for all company-provided assets and equipment Ensure job sites are left clean when complete Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Arrive and be ready to start work by 7:30 am Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs Must be able to use HVAC industry tools HVAC or related industry experience preferred Must be able to follow easy-to-use procedures and have a good work ethic, great attitude, and great customer service
