Worldgate Management, LLC seeking qualified HVAC/Refrigeration professionals to join our team. Job Description: The Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician will work with numerous system parts and mechanisms, to maintain, diagnose and correct HVAC and Refrigeration system problems. This includes replacing parts and adjusting system controls for better performance by using special tools and diagnostic equipment. Job Duties: Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairing of commercial/industrial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems including water source heat pumps, water towers and commercial refrigeration equipment. Perform preventative maintenance to a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Performs related work as assigned. Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Provides startups and tear downs for a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Install or repair fuel and water supply lines. Conserve, install and recycle CFC and HCFC (Chlorflourocarbon family) refrigerants. Install or repair electrical connections to HVAC components. Communicates technical issues to management, sub-contractors and vendors. Ensure all service paperwork is completed and easily legible. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Completion of H.S./GED. EPA Universal Certified. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration controls. Install or repair HVAC system automation components. Completion of Trade/Vocational School.
