Supervise all service technicians to deliver proper customer service and proper profitability. Run daily/weekly meetings. Provide training and tech support. This includes overseeing the daily efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, and interacting with the other managers concerning their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Field Supervisor is expected to handle all aspects of their respective Service Team and to ensure its continued profitability and growth. Reports to: Service Director Required Qualifications: 1. Three years related experience in the management of a service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience2. 10 Years of HVAC/R industry experience3. High School Diploma4. Valid driver's license5. Computer skills6. Ability to multi-task7. Organized8. Advanced customer service skills.
