Benefits: Best Pay in the industry Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability 401 K Plan with company match Paid vacation World-class training and professional development Growth opportunities for career advancement Employee vehicle purchase plans Discounts on products and services Health and wellness Responsibilities Identify parts required for vehicle repair Review repair orders, work orders, and Body Shop Advisors estimate notes prior to starting repairs Follow warranty guidelines when completing repairs and notify the supervisor of any repair add-ons Adjust, replace, and repair sheet metal repairs, panel repairs, fabrication, and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure quality repair Maintain current knowledge of the job and technical skills including truck manufacturer's repair process Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs Advise body shop estimator of additional damage or supplemental needs or if repairs will not be completed on time Lead work of any apprentice technicians and maintain ASE certifications Qualifications 5+ years of previous vehicle repair experience Positive and friendly attitude Willingness to work individually as well as with a team Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn new repair and service procedures and specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record AutoFair Automotive Group is a rapidly-expanding dealer group with excellent opportunities for career growth.
