Job Description: J oin our team at Jags Mechanical as a Part-Time Collections Specialist! We are seeking a well-spoken and optimistic individual with excellent communication skills to help manage client accounts and ensure timely payments. This role involves contacting clients to address past-due payments, articulating the value of our services, and encouraging them to stay current on their accounts. Responsibilities: ● Contact clients with overdue payments and work collaboratively to bring accounts up-to-date. ● Build value in the services we provide to encourage clients to maintain their accounts. ● Address client concerns and provide solutions to retain their business. ● Maintain accurate records of communications and payment agreements. ● Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the importance of timely payments. ● Utilize proficient typing and computer skills for documentation and data entry. Qualifications: ● Well-spoken with excellent communication skills. ● Proficient typing and computer skills. ● Optimistic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. ● Ability to articulate the value of services and address client concerns diplomatically. ● Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus.
