Altus Receivables Management is seeking a Remote Mid-Balance Collector as we continue to grow our team! Job Responsibilities: Minimum of 60 outbound/inbound calls Negotiate payment in full or secure a payment arrangement Create a sense of urgency on non-paying debtors Work closely with Client Support Representative to resolve disputes Meet/exceed monthly phone, activity & fee quota’s Job Requirements: Prior Collections experience is a MUST Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task Aptitude for technology Skilled in Negotiations Articulate communication skills both verbally and in writing Time management and interpersonal skills Compensation and Benefits: $13 per hour PLUS commission and bonuses (average commission ranges averages $2k-$3k monthly) Benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per year Paid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choice We look forward to you joining our team!
