KeyStaff is hiring for HYBRID Collection Agents in Austin, TX 78758 Pay: 19-21/hr Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm in office Training for 30 days in office and then work remote Candidates must live within Austin TX and surrounding areas Job Duties Assumptively identify responsible parties by telephone and inform on the status of student loans. Educate borrowers and co-borrowers about their payment obligation and possible repayment solutions. Convey the consequences of non-payment to borrowers and co-borrowers. Create financial, administrative, and maintenance transactions. Actively assist and educate borrowers on how to resolve delinquencies and prevent default. Identify reason(s) for delinquency Required Skills and Experience Active Learning Active Listening Communication Coordination Critical Thinking Documenting/Recording Information Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships Education -- High School diploma required Experience – 2 years in Collections position 2 years of longevity at previous job Must live in Austin or surrounding areas KeyStaff, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
