As a Cold Calling Expert in Knoxville, TN, US, you will be an essential part of our sales and advertising team, in charge of making proactive contact with prospective customers and producing avenues for income growth. Your position entails making calls and developing prospects through effective communication. Responsibilities:• Achieving outbound dial KPIs: Reach established targets for outbound calls• Setting appointments in accordance with the proven process: Schedule meetings with potential customers based on established protocols• Adherence and mastery of the call script: Utilize the call script accurately and effectively Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is a plus)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Persistent, with the ability to handle rejection and objections professionally• Strong organizational and time management skills• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software• Results-driven and motivated by meeting or exceeding targets Compensation: $10 hour + Commission About Company: Pro Source Home Buyers is a reputable real estate investment company based out of Knoxville, TN.
