Job Summary The Coffee Station Attendant serves guests of Warm Springs Casino Enterprise by ensuring that all beverage stations are clean, attractive, and well stocked with fresh beverages and accompaniments. He/she may also serve alcoholic beverages to casino guests on the gaming floor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •This position must be knowledgeable of the hours of operation for all outlets, current casino promotions and other points of interest to the guest. Must answer all guest inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner. •Ensures that all coffee stations on the gaming floor and in the Employee Dining Room are well stocked at all times. •Maintains coffee and soda fountain areas in a clean and orderly condition. •Ensures all stations have cups, lids, straws, creamers, ice, and back-ups on hand. •Cleans all stations regularly throughout the assigned shift so that the beverage stations are always free of trash, clean and hygienic. Ensures that each station is attractive and inviting. •Responsible for informing the F&B Supervisor when any items from the beverage stations are running low so that stock can be ordered. •Responsible for keeping an up-to-date inventory on items stocked in the beverage stations. •Replenishes and/or replaces ice and soft drink pouches. •Refills premade espresso station. •Complies with all regulations including Food Safety, IGRA, Tribal-State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Tribal Gaming Regulations, FinCEN requirements and Warm Springs Gaming Enterprise Internal Controls. •Will perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Experience •Excellent communications skills are essential. This includes verbal, written and listening skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, management and guests while providing excellent service to internal and external customers. Must maintain strict confidentiality. •Must establish and maintain excellent working relationships with department heads, members of the public, coworkers, outside auditors and/or vendors. •Must be able to analyze and solve complex problems that may have non-standard solutions. •Must be skilled in solving practical problems and deal effectively with situations where only limited standardization exists. Education •Able to speak, understand and read English. •Cash handling experience required. Certificates/Licenses Oregon Food Handlers card and OLCC # of positions available: 1
