Our client, a large property management company, is looking for a Co-Working Manager to provide exemplary customer service to members and building management by creating a welcoming and cohesive coworking environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, consistent, adaptable, and posses strong customer service skills. Responsibilities: Assist with client upgrades and renewals Access and resolve any client issues or needs Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports Manage all on-site operations working closely with building management and local vendors Conduct tours for prospective tenants to work towards targeted occupancy goals Build and maintain strong relationships and oversee management of updated online sales portals Other duties as assigned About You: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of real estate/hotel/event sales and marketing experience Demonstrated project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM Database management Strong time-management and organizational skills Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
