A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SETUP OPERATOR As a Setup Operator , you are committed to quality and safety standards. With great attention to detail, you refer to blueprint specifications as your program machinery. This process involves making adjustments to mechanical components as well as CNC coiling machines. Tool preparation, set-up, trouble-shooting, and process control are a few of your setup duties. Additionally, you accurately process system-related paperwork. You call for machine repairs from maintenance staff; you are an excellent communicator when irregularities occur. You are excited to be a vital component of our coil production. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED Relevant experience Basic math skills Ability to interpret data Overall knowledge of SPC 2 years experience in setting up spring coilers is preferred, but not necessary.
