M J & H Fabrication is seeking a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer/Nester. In this role, the CNC Programmer/Nester will work closely with our Fabrication Director, Engineer, shop leads, and table operators to use technology, innovation, and programming to turn flat plate into a complex part(s). Equipment Capabilities: 10’ by 60’ 6 Axis HI Definition Plasma Table with Pipe Cutting attachment Plasma Table Capably of Plasma Cutting 3” thick and Torch Cutting 12” thick Duties & Responsibilities: Read and interpret ASME Drawings Work with team to create efficiencies, improve automation, and increase machining flexibility Create program instructions for machine cutting utilizing ProNest/AutoCAD Use knowledge of tooling, machinery, and attention to detail to follow specific standards and reach tight tolerances Qualifications & Experience: Experience within manufacturing production or plant operations High School diploma required CNC Programmer vocation certification, or degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or similar field preferred but not required Working knowledge of using calibrated measurement devices and manufacturing software Knowledge of CNC machinery, and manufacturing applications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies Required Skills & Behaviors: Detail oriented, creative, and tech-savvy Analytical and problem-solving skills Safely operate machining and manufacturing equipment Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills Benefits: • 401K / Roth • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Paid Vacation and Sick Leave Powered by JazzHR
