We take pride in our commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Machine Setup:• Prepare and set up CNC machines based on job requirements. • Load materials into the machine and secure them properly.2. Operation:• Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it is producing quality parts. • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for precision and efficiency.3. Quality Control:• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. • Troubleshoot and rectify any issues that may affect product quality.4. Maintenance:• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning. • Identify and report any machine malfunctions or irregularities.5. Documentation:• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production quantities.6. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. • Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.7. Collaboration:• Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel.Preferred qualifications:Candidate must have some or all of the following Educational/Technical requirements: Must have a Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma. Previous experience as a CNC Operator or relevant technical training. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Attention to detail and precision. Preferred skills and abilities:Candidate must have some or all of the following skills and abilities: Technical proficiency in CNC machine operation. Problem-solving skills.
