We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CNC operations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting. Review work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine the appropriate machine settings, tools, and materials required. Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment and positioning. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and precise production. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments or repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
