Job Title: CNA's Caregivers & Home Health AidesWe are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNA's Caregivers & Home Health Aides. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to patients in their homes or long-term care facilities. Your primary duties will include helping with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with mobility and medication management.Responsibilities:-Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting-Provide support with mobility and transfer tasks, such as walking or using a wheelchair-Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals-Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces-Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences-Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients-Document daily care activities and any changes in patients' conditionQualifications:-Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification-Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Compassionate and patient demeanor-Reliable transportationBenefits:-Competitive pay-Flexible scheduling options-Opportunities for career growth and advancement-Supportive work environmentIf you are a caring and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for our CNA's Caregivers & Home Health Aides position.
