Summary: WindRiver operates several different businesses including, but not limited to, real estate, club membership, hospitality, dining, events, golf, and marina management. As Club Attendant, you will provide exceptional customer service, attending to various WindRiver Country Club roles as a Member Service Representative. Member Service Representative could include servicing Pool, Snack Bar, Marina, Golf, Events and Activities, Fitness, Gate/Security, Food & Beverage, and other areas. Qualifications: High School diploma preferred 2 years of relevant club or resort experience a plus Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office experience preferred Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with staff and customers Strong organizational skills and general clerical skills including the use of computers, printers, copiers, electronic signatures, email, iPads, etc. Give verbal and written instructions clearly Perform mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages Ability to retrieve information from various technical sources Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 30lbs.
